Shipping

Our current policy is to ship screens to customers in the UK and in other European countries. Shipping fee will be base on established tariffs. The shipping fee can be waived for customers resident in the UK at the discretion of the owners.  Each screen will be packed in foam, insured and sent within two days of the receipt of the order (purchase) been received.

Returns

Our policy on returns is to offer full refund within seven days of receipt of your screen if for any reason you decide you want to return it. We don’t refund the cost of postage on returns. We do offer a guarantee (warranty) of 180 days. You can return the screen for a replacement, if within 180 days of receiving it, the screen develops a fault.

Shipping and Damaged Returns

 If the buyer receives a product that is damaged in shipping, he should initiate a return within 5 business days after receipt of the package. The buyer should not discard or alter any of the product and packaging. The product and packaging must be in the same condition as it was received in order for us to properly establish that the damage was due to shipping, and not due to some other cause.  We will not accept claims for shipping damage if any of the packaging or contents have been altered or discarded.

Depending on the original shipping source, we will process the damage claim in one of two ways:

For some claims, we will have to contact the shipping company and file a claim to have the shipping company schedule a pickup and inspection of the package from the customer location.

For some claims, we will issue a return authorization number for buyer to return the package to our returns warehouse, following the normal returns procedure.

 The buyer will receive refund if on inspection of the returned screen our engineer establishes that the buyer was not responsible for damage to the product.
