What if I’ve bought the wrong screen?

Is the replacement screen new or used?
|
|
The replacement screen is a grade A used replacement. We have invested £50,000 is technology that upgrades used screens to the level of new screens. Each screen is fully tested and is in working order before leaving our warehouse. The technology helps to reduce the need for new screens and helps to reduce our carbon footprint.

Will I get a matte or glossy screen?
|
|
Most of our screens are glossy. Some laptops are originally fitted with matte screens. Our policy is to ship the higher quality gloss finish unless you state otherwise.

How can I fit the replacement laptop screen?
|
|
You can if you are handy with a screwdriver and you have to confidence to do it yourself. See our video for guidance.

Do you offer technical help?

Yes - we offer free technical help before you purchase a replacement screen and after your purchase.

Do you offer a screen fitting service?
|
|
We offer a fitting and pickup service to customers who live in North West London. Most of our customers either fit the screen themselves or they arrange for a local repairer to fit the screen.

What are your shipping terms?
|
|
Our current policy is to ship screens free of charge to customers in the UK. Other European customers are charged shipping fee. Each screen is well packed in foam, is insured and sent within two days of the receipt of the order (purchase).

Can I collect the screen from your warehouse?
|
|
If you live in North West London you can collect the screen from our associated provided. You will have to make prior arrangement. This is a limited service. In the majority of cases screens will be shipped to customers.

What is your warranty period?
|
|
180 days.
|

What is your policy on returns?
|
|
Our policy on returns is to offer full refund within seven days of receipt of your screen if for any reason you decide you want to return it. We don’t refund the cost of postage on returns. We do offer a guarantee (warranty) of 180 days. You can return the screen for a replacement, if within 180 days of receiving it, the screen develops a fault.

How long does it take to get the replacement screen?

Our policy is to ship screens within two days of receiving the order and you should receive the screen the next working day.
